We have several properties located around NW Washington D.C. Our properties are all centrally located nearby plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, grocery stores, and much more. We offer three types of units:
1. Co-living: private bedrooms with a full bathroom usually shared with 1-2 other tenants and other communal amenities (full kitchen, laundry facilities)
2. Studio-style rooms with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes
3. Standard apartments
All of our properties have full kitchens and laundry facilities inside the building/units for all tenants to use. Most of our units come fully furnished but can also be rented unfurnished, whichever your prefer. Join us in finding your new home!
